Leigh’s deep expertise in franchise operations stems from her leadership roles with major brands like Orangetheory Fitness and Pure Barre, where she oversaw the operational success of hundreds of locations. As Vice President of Operations for Orangetheory Fitness, she managed the performance of 1,100 studios, driving customer experience and developing a team of seasoned franchise business consultants. At Pure Barre, she increased same-store sales and retail performance while providing critical business coaching to franchisees. Her experience extends to advising franchisors of startup systems as well as those with 100+ units, helping them build scalable business models.
