With over 10 years of strategic communications and brand marketing experience, Alex specializes in creating storytelling brands while leading tactical marketing teams. For the last five years, she’s led brand experience and marketing teams within the franchise model specifically. She thrives in collaborative environments where she can create order amidst “the marketing mess.”

Alex brings strategy into focus and has led the rebuilds of social media teams, digital marketing teams, retail product design and implementation, and go-to-market launches for retail services and products alike. More than anything, she loves immersing herself in customer journeys to help brands identify new ways of generating revenue. Prior to franchising, she worked to support communication strategy and go to market plans for WestElm, Caterpillar, Highmark, UnitedHealthcare, MSA, and Philips, among others.
