Tom O’Keefe is a seasoned professional in the franchising industry, whose career began in the late ’80s when he transitioned from private legal practice to in-house counsel for the parent company of Popeyes after its acquisition of Church’s Chicken. His extensive experience includes leadership and advisory roles at Popeyes, Smoothie King, Anytime Fitness, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.  Tom has held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc., and Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. He has consulted with emerging brands like Salad Station, Regymen, and Southern Classic Chicken on developing winning strategies for sustainable operations and growth.
