With over 25 years of Operational Leadership experience in the franchise industry, Marianne Murphy finds great satisfaction in helping emerging brands hone their strategy, refine processes, leverage tools, and allocate resources effectively to create an optimal collaborative environment for brand growth. Throughout her career, her primary focus has been on the franchisee journey. From supporting startup businesses to collaborating with multi-unit owners, she has actively engaged franchisees in areas such as New Market Development, Customer Experience, and Brand Experience, resulting in elevated brand growth and overall success.

As a committed member of the franchise community, she is currently an active participant in the International Franchise Association’s Supplier Forum and has also served on the Women’s Franchise Committee, contributing her expertise to foster diversity and inclusion within the industry. Holding the designation of a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) since 2006, she is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in the field.

In recognition of her leadership and contributions, she was honored with the Crystal Compass Award in 2014 by the Women’s Franchise Committee. This prestigious award acknowledges individuals who have made significant contributions to their franchise organization, the franchise community, or their local community. Having played a key role in the growth of nationally recognized brands such as HouseMaster Home Inspections and Floor Coverings International, she is enthusiastic about leveraging her leadership skills and responsible franchising practices to support and drive the success of emerging brands.
